How does delivery or pick-up work?We offer convenient home delivery within about 300 miles of Central PA in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep everything frozen fresh. Local pickup is available directly from the farm or a spot in the Harrisburg area—choose your preference at checkout.
Is your lamb and pork truly pasture-raised?
Yes—our animals live on pasture their entire lives. Our lambs are raised on lush Central Pennsylvania pastures with rotational grazing and receive a supplement of home-grown non-GMO barley and milo for optimal health and exceptional flavor and marbling. Our heritage pigs are also pasture-raised supplemented with non-GMO grains (as pigs require some grain for proper nutrition and growth). No antibiotics, no added hormones, no confinement—ever.
Where exactly is your farm located?
Our fourth-generation farm is proudly based in Dornsife in Northumberland county Pennsylvania. We're about an hour's drive north of the state capital of Harrisburg.
How is the meat packaged and how long does it stay fresh?
Vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen at peak freshness. It arrives rock-solid frozen and stays good in your freezer for 12+ months.
